These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of www.coconutzusa.com (the "Site") and to purchases from Coconutz USA, LLC ("Coconutz," "we," "us"), 5290 Matt Highway, Suite 502-125, Cumming, GA 30028. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Products
• Our products are cosmetic personal care products: deodorant and skin care. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Please read the ingredient list before use. Stop using a product if irritation occurs. If you have a skin condition or allergy, ask your healthcare provider before use.
• We try to describe and photograph products accurately. Colors, packaging and natural variations in texture may differ slightly.
• Our coconut-oil-based products are temperature sensitive and may soften or melt in heat. This is normal and doesn't affect quality. Store them in a cool, dry place.
2. Orders and pricing
• All prices are in U.S. dollars. We may change prices at any time, but a change won't affect an order we've already confirmed.
• We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.
• Your order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email.
3. Payment
Payments are processed securely through Wix Payments and its payment partners. We do not store your full card details. You confirm that you're authorized to use the payment method you provide.
4. Discount codes
Discount codes, such as WELCOMEBACK for 15% off your next order, apply only as described in the offer. They can't be exchanged for cash, can't be applied to past orders, and unless we say otherwise can't be combined with other codes. We may change or end a promotion at any time. Any change won't affect orders already placed.
5. Shipping
• Free shipping on every order within the United States, by UPS Ground. Orders usually arrive 24 business days after they ship.
• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Weather and carrier delays can happen.
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier's recorded address. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we'll help (see Returns).
6. Returns, replacements and refunds
If something is wrong with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@coconutzusa.com or (678) 615-8340.
We'll make it right, usually by sending a free replacement first.

7. Site use
Don't misuse the Site. For example, don't try to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, or use it for anything unlawful. All Site content (text, logos, photos) belongs to Coconutz USA or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.
8. Third-party links
The Site may link to other websites. We aren't responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the Site and products are provided "as is." Coconutz is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Some states don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Forsyth County, Georgia, unless the law requires otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site when you place an order applies to that order.
