Coconutz USA, LLC ("Coconutz," "we," "us") runs www.coconutzusa.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, and what you write to us when you place an order, use our contact form, create an account, or email or call us.
- Order information: the products you buy, order amounts, discount codes used (for example WELCOMEBACK), and shipping details.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Wix Payments and its payment partners. We do not see or store your full card number. We receive only limited details such as the card type, the last four digits and whether the payment went through.
- Information collected automatically: like most websites, our Site (hosted by Wix.com) uses cookies and similar technologies to collect device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring site. This keeps the cart working, keeps the Site secure and shows us how the Site is used.
2. How we use your information
- To process, ship and support your orders, including sending order confirmations and shipping updates.
- To answer your questions and handle returns, replacements and refunds.
- To send you offers, such as a discount on your next order, only where you've agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To run, protect and improve the Site, and to prevent fraud.

3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed:
- Wix.com: website hosting, the online store, forms and customer accounts.
- Wix Payments and its payment processors: to process payments.
- UPS: to deliver your order (name, shipping address and phone number).
- Professional advisors and authorities: when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
4. Cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, parts of the Site such as the cart and checkout may not work. Where required, the Site shows a cookie banner so you can choose which cookies to allow.
5. How long we keep information
We keep order records as long as tax and accounting law requires. We keep other information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, then delete it or make it anonymous.
6. Your choices and rights
- Email: click "unsubscribe" in any marketing email, or email info@coconutzusa.com.
- Access, correction, deletion: email info@coconutzusa.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, and we will honor them.
- Account: if you created an account, you can update your details from your account page.
7. Children
The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Parents may buy our products for teens. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security
We rely on Wix's secure (HTTPS) hosting and on PCI-compliant payment processing. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
