Returns & Refunds

We stand behind every Coconutz product. If something arrives damaged, isn't right, or you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@coconutzusa.com or (678) 615-8340. We'll make it right, usually by sending a free replacement. If a replacement won't fix the problem, we'll work with you on a refund on a case-by-case basis.
